• outwardly visible transport damages:

           demand an official receipt of damage from forwarder before accepting the goods
           announce the damage on the same day at Sander Computer Systeme GmbH

 

• not outwardly visible transport damages:

           damage has to be announced within 5 working days after reception of the goods at

           Sander ComputerSysteme GmbH
